2005

Our concept revolved around two ideas for this luxury resort collection. First, let their photography speak for itself. Second, make sure the navigation and flow is adaptive and unique. While on property our ECD was stunned at the service they provided. I mean, when your dedicated butler brings you a sewing kit with threads matching your clothes in the closet, you know you're living good.
Throughout the site, we tried to create the web equivalent of this service. For instance, on dining pages we'd offer tips like appropriate attire. We'd also hide unnecessary elements and reveal them only when needed.
My favorite contribution to the project was the "Remember Your Journey" feature. Once a user had visited a handful of our flagged content pages, they'd be prompted to send themselves a customized HTML email with a summary of the pages they had visited. A sort of interactive leave-behind.
