Traveling to Vegas 8 times for this project was pretty rough, but we muscled through somehow.
The concept of the site revolved around the 5 persona's we identified as the core Las Vegas crowd. We shot an introduction video for each persona. Once a persona was selected we adjusted the navigation, design, and promotions based on their interests.
Vegas operates by the numbers, so we were happy to learn their online conversion had shot way up after launch, surpassing other MGM properties.
I have to confess the size of this project didn't hit me until I connected to my room's WiFi and saw the site for the first time. You hear millions of visitors are coming each month, but when you can see all the rooms and know everyone is seeing your work, it sort of takes you back.
